One of the biggest dreams that I have ever had was my dream to play guitar and become a skilled artist and eventually start my own band. The way it all started was I was in Colorodo with my cousin Adam and he showed me what he could play on his guitar and I thought it was really cool. So he showed me how to play a song called Stariway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin. He showed me how to play the very beginning of the song, but by the time I got the hang of playing the beginning part I had to leave and go back home. As soon as I got home I wanted to continue playing guitar but I had no guitar to play with so I instatly started saving up for my first guitar. A couple of months later I finally came up with the money to buy my first guitar and it cost me $150. As soon as I got my guitar I started filling my mind with more and more music and songs to play on my guitar. And eventually like every guitaris does wanted another guitar. For my birthday my parents got me an acoustic that came with a case, an amplifier, and a cable to connect with the amp. I loved my guitars and just kept playing because I knew if I kept it up I was going to get good and thats what I wanted. I think one of the biggest obstacles that I went through while trying to achieve my dream was the fact that I didnt have the money to make it easy to pursue my dream and get the things that I needed. Even though I didnt always have the money I needed to always have everything I wanted I still managed to have what was necessary to help achieve my dream. I didnt stop there though, I now have a total of three guitars, two electrics and an acoustic, and two amplifiers. I am now playing guitar in my church and I know I still have a long ways to go before I will ever be able to say I have succeeded with my dream.
